So I started wearing undershirts.
I don't really know why. I bought some little spaghetti strap shirts from the Gap and some cheapo wifebeaters from Old Navy, and they're all too thin and way too slutty (for my standards, at least) to wear by themselves, and since I hate spending money on things I don't use, I started wearing undershirts.
I kind of like it. I can't really explain it. It's like having a kevlar vest on underneath your clothes. But not like an actual kevlar vest. I doubt an $8 wifebeater is going to stop bullets. That said, I feel an extra level of security when I wear one. Is it because the probability of pitstain is drastically reduced? Is it because my bra is less visible? I don't know. Maybe it's just because feeling something skin tight at all times, even if the shirt you're wearing isn't, is a feeling of comfort. It's like being swaddled. Or maybe it's more like, "here is where your body ends. You are totally covered right now. Don't worry."
Anyway, I like it. I'm going to keep doing it. But I realized I could buy men's wifebeaters from Wal-Mart for like $8 for a pack of five so I think I might do that the next time I go home. There's no Wal-Mart accessible with the CTA, isn't that ridiculous? Damn you Daley and your ban of big box stores! Anyway, those can double as work-out shirts, so that will probably be my next textile purchase.
In other news, I just bought chocolate and yogurt covered pretzels and CHOCOLATE COVERED SUNFLOWER SEEDS from this online store: NUTS ONLINE. They have really good reviews for shipping so I am excited :D. My fucking CD I bought from Amazon.com like two weeks ago still hasn't come. I might have to send an angry e-mail soon.
Ugh, my mouse keeps running out of batteries like every 2 days. I think I need a new one. MONEY MONEY MONEY AUGH.
Okay I am going to go read economics now and worry more about money LOL BYE
